First in 2010 HR Forum was held in cooperation with Deininger Consulting on the 17th of March in Warsaw. Meeting was devoted to differences in management style of Polish and Nordic managers caused by the cultural differences. Mr. Dariusz Użycki from Deininger Consulting  presented results of survey “Polish manager’s own portrait” conducted among Polish managers concerning their characteristics and skills in comparison with their foreign counterparts. Mrs. Anitta Koskio from ExpatHouse, as an expert in cross-cultural management, spoke about cultural differences between Polish and Nordic management styles and presented main challenges in Nordic - Polish collaboration.
