Process of applying is very simple.
Please send us filled in and signed application form by fax +48 22 646 49 30 or by email: spcc@spcc.pl 
We will contact you immediately after receiving your application form.

Please note, according to SPCC procedure, we will convey your application to the SPCC Board. When the Board will accept your application we will send you invoice. You will be full right member of the SPCC after paying our membership fee.
