Everyone who is running economic activity in Poland or who has got regional representative office In Poland or In some other Nordic country is able to become a member of the Scandinavian Polish Chamber of Commerce after meeting one of the below mentioned condition:

• it has a Scandinavian capital participation, or
• it is a Polish or international entity conducting its business operations permanently in at least one of the Nordic countries, or
• it has other Scandinavian business interest or originates from one of the Nordic countries.

In special circumstances the Management Board can make an exemption to the above mentioned rules. See SPCC Statute
 
Price of the annual membership fee depends on the company size:

• Companies employing above 100 persons  - 5.300 PLN netto
• Companies employing 11 -100 persons in Poland  - 3.200 PLN netto
• Companies employing up to 10 persons in Poland with the annual turnover below 3 mln PLN  -1.600 PLN netto
• Individual membership fee - 850 PLN netto
