Located at 111 Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw, the Saski Point office building has received the BREEAM In-Use International certificate with a “Very Good” rating in Building Management and Asset Performance. Cushman & Wakefield property manages the facility on behalf of CA IMMO.

 

Opened in 1999, Saski Point offers more than 8,000 sq m of leasable area. The scheme features high quality standard finishes, raised floors, flexible floor plates, extensive management solutions, a 24-hour security system, a two-level underground car park and surface bicycle parking spaces. It has recently undergone refurbishment to the common parts, including the main reception area. The building is located within Central Business District, next to two metro stations, Świętokrzyska and Ratusz Arsenał, and a number of bus and tram lines. The surrounding area comprises ample amenities, including luxurious hotels, restaurants and shops and the Saski Park across the street.

The building has achieved high certificate rating by employing integrated management and maintenance procedures as well as comprehensive solutions, which has resulted in the optimization of energy and other utilities consumption.
