Work place: GdaĹ„sk SERVICE DESK AGENT Service Desk Agent is a first contact person for employees and outsourcing services vendors. Their role is a customer support in case of uncomplicated computer crashes, troubleshooting Outlook problems, company’s internal messenger system or password problems. They register events, prioritize them and solve problems.
