Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce is looking for the candidate on the following position:
Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Office administration
- Taking care of internal and external correspondence
- Building and keeping good relations with SPCC member companies
- Supporting current activities and projects,
- Updating the Internet portal
- Conducting individual projects concerning office administrative issues
- Coordinating internal meetings and a calendar of the team
Requirements:
- Secondary education or higher (part time students are welcome as it is a full-time position)
- High level of time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy, responsibility and caring of high quality of work
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Operating of office equipment
- Ability to work with high degree of intensity
- Very good oral and written communication skills, strong team player
- Openness and creativity in thinking; ability to learn quick
- Responsibility, independence
- Commitment to work
- Work experience on the similar position will be an additional advantage
- Knowledge of Scandinavian culture or Scandinavian language will be an additional advantage
