Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce is looking for the candidate on the following position:

Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Office administration
  • Taking care of internal and external correspondence
  • Building and keeping good relations with SPCC member companies
  • Supporting current activities and projects,
  • Updating the Internet portal
  • Conducting individual projects concerning office administrative issues
  • Coordinating internal meetings and a calendar of the team   

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or higher (part time students are welcome as it is a full-time position)
  • High level of time management and organizational skills
  • Accuracy, responsibility and caring of high quality of work  
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Operating of office equipment
  • Ability to work with high degree of intensity
  • Very good oral and written communication skills, strong team player
  • Openness and creativity in thinking; ability to learn quick
  • Responsibility, independence
  • Commitment to work
  • Work experience on the similar position will be an additional advantage
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian culture or Scandinavian language will be an additional advantage
