Responsibilities
• Recruitment of personnel - search, interviews, quality control and selection
• Monitoring of leased employees on site
• Manage own customer portfolio with existing customers
• Sales of staffing solutions to new and existing customers

Wanted qualifications
• Education at minimum Bachelor level or equivalent.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Knowledge of a third language
• Experience in recruitment
• Experience in the industry is an advantage
• Professional and quality focused
• Independent, targeted and structured
• Results-oriented
• Outgoing relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Good assessment capabilities
