The competition Polish National Sales Awards – Sales Professional of the Year is making it’s debut in Poland

SPCC is a Partner of the first edition of the Polish National Sales Awards.

 

PNSA - Polish National Sales Awards is the first and the only one venture in the country, with the goal  to integrate the sales professionals community in Poland and to promote and enforce standards based on principles of good practice.

The first Polish edition of PNSA  was prepared on the basis of experience of the most popular competitions for sales professionals in Great Britain: The National Sales Awards (NSA) The British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards (BESMA). PNSA methodology was prepared by team of experts from sales  field, having long-standing experience on the Polish market with huge support of dr Chahid Fourali, the chief of Marketing & Sales Standards Setting Body, the British government organisation forming and promoting professional standards and Don Hales, founder of NSA UK.

On the website www.pnsa.pl there are materials presenting the  methodology and application documents. The jury of PNSA will award a prize in eight categories: Sales Team of the Year, Sales Trainer of the Year, Sales Newcomer of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, Award for Innovation in Sales, Sales Professional of the Year, Sales Leader of the Year, Sales Professional of the Year - Direct Sales.

The competitors can be both representatives of sales departments, sales managers, as well as entire sale teams and coaches dealing with this subject in the everyday career. The competition is opened for the representatives of departments associated with professional sale, irrespective of the industry, the size of the company and the seniority in company.

The mission of Polish National Sales Awards is to create and to promote good professional practice and to raise the prestige of the sales professional and the sales manager. Awarding a prize in Poland will help companies to raise competence to the high level, to motivate teams to work more efficiently and to tailor to the resilient economic development in Poland.

Companies whose employees get the awards  and receive the recognition, can develop their profile and brand, and  thanks to that they are becoming more competent in customer’s eyes – says dr Chahid Fourali, chief of MSSSB.
Main founders of the idea of the Polish edition of the international competition are Elżbieta Pełka, owner of Advertising Agency Elżbieta Pełka Creative Services, dr. Chahid Fourali, chief of MSSSB and Grzegorz Kiszluk, editor-in-chief of the first magazine of marketing and sales "Brief".
It is unique initiative on the Polish market. The competition awards as well as  motivates employees from the sales sector. Besides that the independent experts from the Advisory Board and the PNSA Chapter are working on promoting the good professional practice on our market – adds Elżbieta Pełka.
