PGNiG invests in Norway

State-controlled oil and gas PGNiG has paid $360 million to Exxon-Mobil for a 15% stake in two major gas fields in the Norwegian Sea, giving Poland access to 35.8 million cubic meters of gas through the LNG terminal on the North Sea pipeline to be built in Świnoujście.
