San Markos represents the advertising sector at the  Customer Friendly Company programme.

The third edition of the programme has begun and as in previous years, San Markos is the only advertising agency invited to the Chapter of the Programme. The agency is also responsible for creative work of the third edition.

The programme is organized by the Management Institute and its partners: research company TNS OBOP and Researcher by Call Center Poland. The aim of the programme is to honor the companies that constantly improve their customer services.The Customer Friendly Company is a national certification programme. It is addressed to the owners, presidents and managing, marketing and sales directors of all the companies that  improve the relationships with their customers. The programme is monitored by the Chapter consisting of the representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, consulting and research companies, academics and customer service experts.

There are several phases of the programme:
Phase I – completion of the questionnaire (assessment of  the customer service systems, cooperation with customers and local communities, use of modern tools etc.)
Phase II – audit of the company and benchmarking the results against  the replies in the questionnaire (the assessment process is non-invasive and attitude is kind, however still objective)
Phase III – the companies that take part in the programme and fulfill its requirements are awarded with the Medal of Customer Friendly Company.

An additional benefit  for the companies is a report they receive. In the report  the customer services in the company are presented  and compared with situation in the market.

One hundred and sixty companies applied to participate in the first edition of the programme. Their number doubled and reached 300 in the second edition.. They  represented all business sectors. Thirty seven companies were accepted in the first edition and  fifty eight in the second.  In the first edition 19 companies were awarded, and  22 in the second.
