Authorisations of the registry court regarding joint-stock companies

26-02-2010

On January 20, 2010 the Supreme Court decided that a registry court should be authorised to examine how violations in the procedure of adopting resolutions by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of a joint-stock company influence the contents of such resolutions (file no. III CZP 122/09). A resolution which has been adopted in a defective manner may not be a basis for an entry.
