In August this year Warsaw’s Radisson SAS Centrum Hotel celebrated its fifth anniversary.
For many years, the sense of responsibility for the environment and community where Radisson SAS hotels operate has played an important part in the commitment to the sustainable development of the chain. Since 2001, these attempts have been enhanced and organised within the Responsible Business programme.

Medicover will start this month the construction work on the largest ever investment in the Polish Private Healthcare system. Medicover is planning to build in Warsaw a modern, full-service hospital for adults and children. The hospital will contain approximately 180 beds with a capability of expansion to 270 beds and will be located in Miasteczko Wilanów in the southern district of Warsaw. Medicover investing up to €40 million.

The newest Ikea investment in Poland - the sawmill in Wielbark (close to Szczytno) is planned to be open on Friday 16th March 2007. It will be one of the biggest sawmills in Poland. Two furniture factories are planned to be build next to the sawmill in the close future.
