Due to our Swedish branch development and plans for expansion on the Scandinavian market we currently are looking for a Project Coordinator based in Norrköping, Sweden.

Job describtion:

• Ensure all logistics services for the project according to the contract
• Transports coordination and drivers team managing
• Ensure timeliness of deliveries and transport services quality
• On line information on delivery status                       
• Short-term and long-term transportation planning
• Operational support on each transport stage
• Supervision over entrusted equipment
• Communication and customer relation management
• Reporting to HQ according to company standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in transport coordination at least 2 years (preferable in production company with just-in-time deliveries, on international market)
• Basic knowledge of technical aspects related to transportation process
• IT skills (ERP/WMS) + EXCEL
• Flexibility and ability to work in changing environment
• Self-driven and decision-making abilities
• Experience in relations with customers
• Fluent English – is a must
• Knowledge of Swedish - would be a plus
• Driving license
