SENIOR ADVISOR, WARSAW
Finpro’s Global Network is looking for a Senior Advisor for the Warsaw office in Poland.

As a part of Finpro’s Global Network Unit you will be an essential part of ensuring Finnish SMEs success in the East Europe Region. You will have a unique view to one of the growing EU economy with 40 million consumers and multiple new opportunities for Finnish companies in industry sectors including Cleantech, Agrotechnology and Health. Your main tasks are to create new opportunities and advice companies pursuing for those markets.

Position is based in Warsaw, Poland and vacant as from 1.1.2017.

Your main responsibilities are:

- helping Finnish companies to success in the Polish market
- creating, maintaining and sharing business networks in the area
- scanning the market and spotting business opportunities for Finnish SME’s
- participating in local Team Finland activities
- arranging meetings, visits and events
- networking and communicating about Finnish businesses to local audiences

To be a successful candidate, we expect you to have the following competencies and experience:

- preferably Master’s degree
- work experience in management level positions native speaker of Polish and fluent English
- project management experience and presentation skills

As a person you:

- are self-driven, social and eager to create new networks
- have hands on experience in international business and internationalization of (Finnish) SMEs
- have strategic mindset, but you are also good in details

You will be reporting to Head of Region based in Warsaw.
