Newmark Polska Sp. z o.o.: to advise BFF Banking Group as the first tenant of Brama Miasta in Łódź

3-01-2019

The real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland advised BFF Banking Group – the leading financial services provider to suppliers of the European Healthcare and Public Administration sectors – on the transaction to establish its new offices at Skanska’s Brama Miasta project in Łódź.

Brama Miasta is a unique office complex developed by Skanska in Łódź, in the immediate vicinity of Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station. It is an important part of the New Centre of Łódź (NCŁ) project to create a brand new transportation and business hub of the city. Skanska has also designed a public space around the Brama Miasta buildings to cater for the needs of residents, tourists and NCŁ workers.

BFF Banking Group – that is currently based in Łódź, at Forum 76 – will move in the new offices in 4Q 2019.

“We are pleased to have been appointed as advisor to BFF Banking Group in their office relocation. Our objective is to support the international group in providing its employees with the best possible work environment. The office, which is still being designed, will be ultimately developed by Skanska’s engineers, workplace strategy experts of Smart M² and a team of Cresa Poland’s advisors, under BFF Banking Group requests,” says Marta Pyziak, Head of the Łódź Office, Cresa Poland.

“We are proud to be the first company in choosing the Skanka’s Brama Miasta project to guarantee our employees the best environment to work and further enhance our agility and execution skills into meeting our Clients’ needs across Europe,” says Urban Kielichowski, COO, BFF Banking Group in Poland.
