This year, at festival "Sounds of North" , Norway will be represented by Olav Mjelva, who will play in duet with Swedish artist Erik Rydvallem (Norway / Sweden).

The festival  will be held on 28 July - 4 August 2012 The committee will comprise: five-day dance and instrumental workshops and three days of concerts. This year's theme of the event are instruments - accordion and violin, and their role in traditional music.
