There is new Chairman in Vattenfall Poland since 1th of January 2010. Jacek Piekarz who was EU Cooperation Director took over Torbjorn Wahlborg position.
Jacek Piekarz graduated from Warsaw Technology University. He has got long experience in the energy issue.  Mr.  Jacek is an expert in the European energy market. He was responsible for European energy regulation department in Vattenfall. He was also working in Vattenfall’s bureau in Brussels.  Moreover, he was member of Board in Vattenfall Heat  Poland more than 10 years.
According to Mr Piekarz “ Vattenfall and the whole polish energetic sector have to meet new challenges. Vattenfall  is following Marketing electricity clean and can support energetic transformation process In Poland.  Vattenfall is working intensively on developing new, non-emission technology that will be using wind power, water and biomass.

Torbjorn Wahlborg is new Vice Chairman in Vattenfall AB and Chairman in Vattenfall Nordic .
