On 1 January Tomasz Darowski, who has worked with Domański Zakrzewski Palinka since 2000, was made a partner.
Tomasz specialises in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, restructuring and infrastructure investment.
He is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University. In 1999 he graduated from the School of English and European Law run in conjunction with Cambridge University and in 2001 he completed a postgraduate course in French and European Commercial Law run in conjunction with Poitiers University. He also completed a postgraduate course in Business Accounting and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2007
