Skanska is commencing the construction of the first stage of the office complex Green Towers located at Strzegomska street in WrocÅ‚aw. The first stage of the development, which will last until the end of 2012, consists in constructing a building with area of 12,000 sqm. In the second stage another building, with lease space of ca 13,000 sqm, will be constructed. The facility, designed by Pracownia Projektowa Maćków design studio, will receive the LEED certificate (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design certificate system) as one of the first in Poland. The underground car park will hold over 300 cars.
