Stena Recycling Sp. z.o.o.: Is relocating its Head Office and applying for LEED certification

Stena Recycling, leader in total industrial waste management, informs, that from July 30th 2012 its Head Office will be moved to a new location.

New Head Office will be at Al. Krakowska 271 in Warsaw.

- In the last two years we have achieved a competitive edge trough employing new specialists. We are in a need of more space to ensure better work conditions for our employees – said Anna Nowakowska, Marketing Director and Stena Recycling spokeswoman.  – In the new office building we will have 100m2 of additional space comparing with the current one.

Stena Recycling is applying for LEED* certificate (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for the new office and will implement there its model solution called Green Station dedicated to office waste sorting, which is a part of Stena’s offer aimed at managers of the office buildings. – According to this solution, all the clients visiting our office, will have an opportunity to familiarize with Stena’s office waste sorting solution.

Moreover the new office is located nearby F.Chopin airport and one of the two Stena’s recycling facilities in Warsaw. As the biggest tenant in the City House building owned by the Norwegian company Selwaag, Stena Recycling will benefit with great branding on the roof and façade of the building.

**LEED is a certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council, for the buildings that meet the required criteria, such as: waste management, rational water use, energy consumption and emissions, indoor environmental quality and location.
