Sweden’s GDP rose 1.1 percent in second quarter

Sweden’s GDP increased 1.1 percent in the second quarter of 2015, seasonally adjusted and compared to the first quarter of 2015.
Household consumption expenditures increased by 0.4
and general government consumption expenditures increased by 0.3 percent seasonally adjusted and compared to the previous quarter.
Changes in inventories were almost the same during both quarters.
Gross fixed capital formation increased by 1.5 percent.
Exports increased by 0.6 percent and imports decreased by 0.7 percent.
Market production of goods and services increased 1.4 percent, seasonally adjusted.
Production of goods rose by 2.3 percent and service-producing industries rose by 0.9 percent.
Employment measured as the total number of hours worked increased by 0.1 percent seasonally adjusted
and the number of persons employed was unchanged.
