New Autumn menu at Le Victoria Brasserie Moderne



Le Victoria Brasserie Moderne invites you for new Autumn Menu from 17th September 2014. New menu was prepared by our Executive Chef, Maciej Majewski. This autumn our Chef offers you a refined choice of creative compositions including meat, fish and seasonal vegetables and mushrooms to meet expectations of our guests’ most exigent tastes. New menu offers a wide spectrum of cold and warm starters, main dishes, signature dishes and a rich choice of desserts to offer our guests a choice of Polish autumn tastes. This autumn our Chef recommends “Kozia Rura” goat cheese, black olives powder, vegetables and smoked oil, forest mushroom custard, soft boiled egg and meurette condiments, oxtail consome with fois gras royal and truffles and honey glazed duck breast with celeriac, carrots and pommes foundant. Discover also our selection of desserts, where you can find chestnuts with apples and caramel or champagne and pear granita. Our Menu is created with passion. Dishes by our Executive Chef Maciej Majewski are a result of his cooking passion and engagement. Menu at our restaurant is based on the finest, seasonal ingredients and products delivered from our reliable suppliers. Our menu items feature not only the wealth of seasonal flavors and creative chef’s compositions, but also key nutrients to ensure meals represent the perfect balance for our guests. Our menu offers also a great choice of signature dishes such, which are mostly appreciated by our restaurant guests. This autumn we invite you to delight in our dishes, such as pan-roasted salmon with pumpkin risotto and sage jus, Venison fillet served with pear, Brussels sprouts and sauce Poivrade, smoked Baltic salmon marinated in sea salt with vodka and lemon juice or tart tatin served with salted caramel ice cream. Those seeking cuisine, which caters to the palate and provides the minimum amount of calories will be happy to savour the “De-Light” dishes available in the menu, like: halibut served with citrus Viennoise and autumn vegetables, prawns with salsify and quince chutney, or champagne and pear granita.
