New warehouse space of Enterprise Logistics in Stargard near Szczecin for storage and VAS

Construction work on a new warehouse hall is coming to an end, thanks to which the logistics operator Enterprise Logistics from Stargard will increase the offer of space for its tenants by another 2,000 m2. With the use of high storage racks and systemic forklifts, the new warehouse can accommodate up to 6,000 Euro-pallets. Alternatively, the facility may become a production hall or a place for storing items of non-standard dimensions.

The modern facility has been designed in such a way as to offer warehouse and office space both to customers focused on warehousing goods and those carrying out logistics activities using VAS, including light assembly. From the technical point of view, the new hall is a structure combined with a warehouse that has been operating for three years, which has been filled by tenants using the services of Enterprise Logistics. Finishing works are currently underway, including the installation of solar nets and panels, assembly of loading docks and preparation of the maneuvering area. It will be put into service at the beginning of March 2021.
The new warehouse hall is an investment that uses modern technical solutions. Photovoltaic cells generating green energy were installed on the roof. The dust-free floor facilitates cleaning and protects the supplies against dust. The warehouse was equipped with loading docks with hydraulic platforms and a "0" gate. The height of the facility allows for the storage of inventories up to 11 meters.

Warehouse logistics is, next to transport and forwarding services that Enterprise Logistics has been dealing with for 30 years, another branch in the supply chain developed by the company. In recent years, the company has been successful in this field by cooperating with local, European and Asian contractors. The dynamic development of the company in the area of integrated logistic processes is influenced by the perfect location and comprehensiveness of the services provided - in addition to warehouse management performed by an experienced team of specialists, it is possible to organize transports of stored goods.
Enterprise Logistics offers a wide range of value-added services, including: picking and dismantling, labeling, cargo consolidation, detail picking, co-packing, transhipment and cross-docking, storage conditions control, quality control, documentation and reporting, and the possibility of light assembly. The company offers its customers, apart from high-bay warehouses, also conventional warehouses, as well as tents and a large storage yard.

The warehouses of Enterprise Logistics are located at the Modern Technologies Industrial Park in Stargard, within the Szczecin Metropolitan Area. This location guarantees excellent access to the infrastructure of European highways and the backyard of the Szczecin-Świnoujście port complex. Currently, talks are being held with potential tenants who are interested in flexible lease terms - with or without service, with the possibility of adjusting the space to individual requirements. We invite you to watch a short report from the construction site, as well as a film presenting the range of warehouse logistics services offered.
