During the next HR Forum meeting we will talk about attracting and keeping top talents and we will present external and internal opportunities and challenges connected with HR management in this area. Representatives of top Scandinavian companies in Poland will share their experiences and good practices: Volvo, IKEA and Stora Enso. Together with Polish Chamber of Pension Funds we will present the demographic challenges and its influence on the labour market and Maciej Żylewicz from Piasecka & Żylewicz will provide the guests with some tips and good practices on succesfull employer branding.
