Changes in regulations concerning attendance benefits, materials received from ACC Advanced Solutions

From July 1, 2013 the career’s allowances are now awarded on new terms. The amendment of the law on family benefits in effect since January 1, 2013, results in changes in determining the right to receiving attendance benefits and introduces a new benefit – the so called career’s special allowance. Is it calm before the storm on the Polish labour market? Randstad and TNS OBOP published they latest survey results on employers’ plans

The survey’s results indicate that the Polish labour market should get more stable after the holiday season. The stabilization may to a large extent result from employers’ cautious approach towards future plans. More information on PAiIZ website HERE

Labour Market Monitor - Report from the Survey conducted by Randstad Research Institute

Changes in the structure of the companies are the main reason of job losses in Polish labor market – these are the results of the recent employees survey conducted by Randstad Research Institute. Every fourth interviewed respondent is aware of losing its job, although Polish nation is still open for changes regarding professional career. The respondents are optimistic about finding new employer if the circumstances force them to do so. Volvo Poland among one of the winners in Top Employers Survey 2011

The Top Employers methodology has been developed by the CRF Institute. The Institute identifies top performers in the areas of HR, leadership and strategy. A special research is carried out among employers to identify the employers with best results. The winners receive Top Employers Certificate.
