Since the 1st of November Lars Holmberg Ibsen has taken the position of Managing Director for Stena Recycling in Poland. He replaced Leif Gustaffson who is to leave the Stena Metall Group for an assignment outside the Stena Sphere.

The new Managing Director – Lars Holmberg Ibsen - began his career in Poland in 1996 working with Logstor piping and heating systems. He developed the business through organic growth,  acquisition and geographical expansion. He has a strong industrial background delivering commercial success and developing competent organizations in a challenging Polish market. Lars is a Danish national and long term resident in Poland, currently living with his wife and children in Warsaw.

There has been another personal change in Stena Recycling Poland since the  1st of October. Piotr Bruździak has taken over full responsibilities as Sales & Marketing Director, changing Anna Nowakowska on this position. Anna Nowakowska has been working for Stena for 5 years, being responsible  for brand positioning, marketing strategy and sales development. She is leaving Stena due to personal reasons and her moving to London.

Piotr Bruździak is very well established sales leader with 17 years of experience on different sales positions. Recently, he has successfully managed and developed sales teams in such companies as Lexis Nexis Poland, Medicover, Abbott Laboratories. He was responsible for building and implementing long-term sales strategies, client service models as well as motivational systems for sales people.
