In 2016, the Polish Project Management & Consultancy team of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield completed over 35 mandates with a combined area of over 200,000 sq m across office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors. Its key clients included XL Catlin, Takeda, Mentor Graphics, KMD Poland, Union Investment, Invesco, Oracle, W. P. Carey, Credit Suisse AM and Gramercy Europe.

The team coordinated a wide variety of projects in 2016 ranging from a simple space plan through to technical due diligence to fit-out projects for office and retail purposes, with the largest mandate being the delivery of Grzybowska 43 in Warsaw, an 11 500 sq m elegantly designed office and retail building on which C&W provided complete design, project management and technical supervision services. The team is now committed to planning and delivering more than 100,000 sq m of mandated projects in 2017 across office, retail and leisure sectors.

Andrew Frizell, Partner, Head of Project Management & Consultancy, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “2016 was a rebuilding year for C&W project management in Poland, but it ended with great results and a great outturn. We secured over 20 new clients, expanded our offering with quality cost management services and focused on our core skills which are project management and building surveying. The team completed a range of interesting projects across the office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors, our clients are happy and we’ve built a great pipeline as we head into 2017 with a really talented team.”
