Vastint Poland completed the second stage of the Business Garden office complex at Żwirki i Wigury in Warsaw. Within the project, five office buildings with 56,000 m2 of leasable area have been commissioned, along with a nicely designed garden and road infrastructure elements, facilitating access to the complex.
Last week Business Garden Wroclaw was officially opened. The event, hosted by Vastint Poland, was attended by the city representatives, architects, contractors, consultants and tenants. The celebration was graced by an artistic performance “Good evening, Wroclove” and a firework show.
Vastint would like to inform that three buildings comprising the first phase of the Business Garden Wrocław were awarded LEED-Platinum. The applied architectural solutions and implemented systems ensure the high comfort of the working environment and at the same time reduce the energy and water consumption.
Vastint Poland chose the company PORR (Poland), as the general contractor for the second phase of the complex Business Garden in Poznan. The contract concerns realization of the five buildings with a total leasable area of 46,000 m2 and a detached, multi-storey parking lot at the Łubieńska Street. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2018.
Vastint Poland has signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of a plot of more than 9,000 m2 at Piotra Skargi in Katowice, where the Hotel Silesia has been deserted since 2006. The developer is planning to demolish the existing building and to develop a complex of modern office and hotel buildings.
