Panattoni completes factory and supports the relocation of production from Denmark to Poland. The 13,000 sqm complex of buildings together with its accompanying facilities was completed a year after the launch of construction work. On site, 350 factory workers will run 45 production lines and among other things will make systems to improve the efficiency of refrigeration units used in the food industry. This is a prime example of a relocation development for a manufacturing facility without a break in production.
Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial real estate market, is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in PÄ™cice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The lease was mediated by experts from JLL, and the general contractor of the investment is Kajima Poland.
Panattoni Europe will build another BTS facility for H&M. The distribution centre spanning over 30,000 sqm will be built in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in industrial property, is to build a manufacturing facility for the Norwegian automotive group, Kongsberg Automotive. The facility featuring over 6,300 sqm of space will be developed in Koluszki, Central Poland.
