Varasto Poland is a new modern logistic complex, perfectly situated in Warsaw area, alongside express highway S8 (via "Baltica"). Comprises in the first stage, over 6500 m of modern warehouse and office space. It's situated on ca 9 hectares base. Its official opening will take place on 25th April 2008.

Opening of new investment came together with ownership changes in SP Transit.

OY Pohjolan Liikenne ab to acquire the Rest of SP Transit Finland ltd Oy.
In autumn 2006 OY Pohjolan Liikenne Ab acquired 50% of the shares of SP Transit Finland Ltd Oy from Kuljetusliike K. Jokinen Oy.
The deal included an option to purchase the remaining 50% of the shares within five years.
The deed of purchase was signed on 26 February 2008. The final deal was concluded earlier than originally planned, as SP Transit’s favorable development and expansion on schedule convinced Oy Pohjolan Liikenne Ab.
The deal will support the growth strategy of the logistics group of the Pohjolan Liikenne companies and provide SP Transit with sufficient resources for growth in the future.
Following a change of ownership, SP Transit has changed its name to Transpoint International.
