The Finnish Group Komas Oy, which in August 2006 acquired major shares in Fabryka Maszyn in Janów will now increase its shares from 86,6% to  92,88 %. The company is also planning to increase production by 30%.

Komas Oy is a system supplier which offers machining, assembly, hydraulics and surface treatment services for the mechanical engineering industry. The company has six production plants in Finland and one factory in Poland. 95% of production in Poland is exported to Western Europe.
