Regus reinforces its presence in Poland

25-10-2006

The Regus Group (LSE: RGU), the world’s largest provider of outsourced workplaces, today announced the opening of its 4th and 5th business centres in Warsaw at the end of the year. After a 1st centre opened in the country in 1997, these openings will bring Regus’ network in Poland to five centres all located in Warsaw, one of the fastest developing cities in Europe.

In response to rapidly growing demand for its products and services, Regus has opened in October its Warsaw Mokotow centre, just across from the Galeria Mokotow shopping mall. This centre, located on the 3rd floor occupies more than 1300 square meters with 60 ready-to-use offices for a total of 119 workstations, and 2 meeting rooms, providing companies with the flexibility and resources they need to compete in today's competitive marketplace. Indeed, Regus offices in Mokotow are a perfect solution for expanding companies who need neighbouring offices to outsource immediately a whole department.

Regus will also open a 5th centre in the heart of the city next December, on the 3rd floor of the Metropolitan building, designed in 2003 by the famous British architect Lord Norman Foster. Located in one of the most dynamic and prestigious business districts of the Polish capital, this new address will offer 62 ready-to-use offices with 143 workstations and 2 meeting rooms. The Regus Metropolitan centre is a perfect prestigious office and meeting room address for consultants, lawyers, or any well established companies who need to have high quality workplaces matching with their business requirements.
