Sejm’s deputies have started work on a new legislation to the act on family benefits. The change consists in that the spouse of a disabled person who also has to be taken care of will be eligible for attendance allowance. Nowadays, the provisions exclude the right to attendance allowances if both spouses have to be taken care of by third persons.
