On April 5, 2011 new provisions of the Foreigners Act will come into force. These changes are yet another step towards adjustment of Polish regulations to the Visa Code binding within the Community. One of the things that will change starting from April 5, will be the course of issuance of decisions on granting or rejection to grant a national or Schengen visa. The decision on rejection to grant a visa will be issued on an official form. The decision issued by the consul may be objected to through submitting a motion for re-examination of the case by the same authority.
