Changes in issuance of employment certificates

24-05-2011

As of 21 March 2011 the provisions which regulate the obligation to issue employment certificates have been changed.

Pursuant to these changes, in case when the same employer concludes with the same employee an employment contract for trial period or for definite period of time or for time of performance of a specified task within 24 months from the day the first of the said contracts was concluded, the employer is obliged to issue one certificate only which covers all employment periods, unless the employee demands an employment certificate issued in connection with completion of each of the contracts.
