ZUS [Social Insurance Company] informed about the income thresholds on which the right to earlier retirement, work disability pension and family pension depends.

Persons earning more than PLN 4,506.30 will not receive such benefits; their payment will be suspended. In case a person earns revenue in the amount exceeding 70% of an average monthly remuneration for a calendar quarter, i.e. PLN 2,425.60 however no more than 130% of the average salary i.e. PLN 4,506.30, the benefit will be decreased.
The thresholds will be binding until August 31, 2011.
