The construction of the first stage of the Aroma Park investment is underway. This is the second YIT residential project in Poland. As part of the investment, one of the most important historic buildings in the north of Warsaw will be revitalized - the historical buildings of the yeast factory of Henryk Bienenthal from 1902-1904.

The estate is being built on a plot of nearly 3 ha, located at 10 Klasyków Street in Warsaw. Nearly 40% of the area is green with beautiful old trees. The investment area is also bordered by the renovated Henrykowski Park, which for several years has been the center of the cultural and social life of the BiaÅ‚oÅ‚Ä™ka district.

The first stage of the investment is carried out by UNIBEP. As part of the project, a residential building with a height of 4 above-ground storeys will be built, which will include 78 residential premises, 1 commercial premises and 95 parking spaces. The designer of Aroma Park is the studio KAPS ARCHITEKCI Korneluk Parysek SÅ‚owik Sp. z o.o. The sale of the first stage apartments is already under way.
