14-05-2018

Just like in the previous year, Volvo Polska ranked second among leaders in the dream employers ranking, i.e. companies that Poles perceive as the most attractive. The ranking was created on the basis of research by Randstad Employer Brand.

Randstad Employer Brand Research, carried out in 30 countries, is the most comprehensive analysis of employer brands and factors that affect their attractiveness. In Poland, it was held for the eighth time. In this edition, the survey covered 150 largest employers and nearly 6,000 respondents, representative of Polish society (in terms of age, gender, education, region), employed, seeking employment and learners, aged 18 to 65. The survey was conducted at the turn of November and December 2017, and the results were published at the end of April 2018.

Volvo Poland - representing the automotive industry - was particularly appreciated by participants in the study aged 25 to 44, people with secondary and higher education, men more often than women. In the eyes of the surveyed, Volvo Polska is a company that particularly cares about the financial stability of employees, reaches for modern technologies and has a good reputation.

The assessment of the attractiveness of a given workplace is influenced by numerous factors that are analyzed in the Randstad Employer Brand Research study. These include, among others, stability of employment, balance between private and professional life, building a friendly working atmosphere. Volvo Polska cares about its employees by providing them with employment and many opportunities for training and career development. At the same time, the company focuses on the balance between professional development and personal life.
