Cieslak Klimkowski law firm advises a joint venture of Yamada Electric and Wentworth Tech on legal issues connected with the construction and opening of a new factory near Łódź.

Yamada is a Japanese corporation specializing in manufacturing of household appliances. Wentworth Tech was established in Canada and is a leading global manufacturer of packaging moulds for the plastics industry and a leader of plastic processing industry.

In order to open the plant in Łódź Special Economic Zone in Lućmierz near Łódź, Yamada Electric and Wentworth Tech has jointly established Yamada Wentworth Development Sp. z o.o. and Yamada Wentworth Tech Sp. z o.o. The plant managed by these companies will manufacture razors, household appliances and toilet articles made of plastics, mainly for P&G. Eventually, the factory will employ 120 people.

Cieslak Klimkowski law firm has provided legal advice to the joint venture with respect to acquisition of land necessary for the plant and advises on various contracts connected with opening of the factory. The team of Cieslak Klimkowski law firm is led by Jacek Klimkowski.
