Understand your international colleagues
Do you work in an international team or cooperate with partners from abroad?
And you often wonder:
•    Why does Martin only write short e-mails, whereas Sofia can talk to her clients on the phone for hours?
•    Why does Anna prefer to work with the Germans and Kasia with the Spanish?
•    How do foreign partners perceive Polish people?
•    Does the country of origin really matter in business relations?

If your answer is yes, the upcoming meeting is for you.

People think, behave and work in many different ways. The lack of understanding, when it comes to the style of communication and work of other people, very often results in additional stress, conflicts and lack of commitment or break-up of cooperation. Therefore, it is worth making use of personal and cultural differences in order to gain competitive advantage of your company, build trust in your team or establish long-term business relations.

We are going to learn how to understand people's behaviour in intercultural relations from:
Monika Guzek - an intercultural trainer, project manager and university lecturer. She coordinates strategic and marketing projects and is responsible for the implementation and adaptation of products to the requirements of foreign markets. For 10 years she has been fulfilling herself in the area of B2B and B2C marketing, actively supporting sales departments and adapting sales support methods to the local preferences of customers. She has gained extensive international experience: she worked in Poland, Germany, China and Indonesia, and for a year she has been dividing her life between Poland and Portugal. Since 2019, she has been a Member of the Management Board of SIETAR Polska.
The breakfast will be held in Polish.
