The international operator, specializing in providing solutions for contract logistics, once again decides to expand in Silesia. As a result of negotiation talks, the company extended the existing contract at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I for operating activities and expanded it by an additional area of 2,750 sq m. In the transaction, DSV Solutions was represented by advisers from JLL.

The DSV Group has been present in Poland for over 25 years. One of the key areas of the company's activity is warehouse logistics, which operates under the DSV Solutions brand. In Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I it will have a total area of 8,900 sq m.

''Our goal is to improve advanced solutions to support logistic operations conducted for our clients. We are among the top five largest and most profitable companies operating in the TSL sector. This obliges us to constantly develop technologies and acquire highly complex projects. That is why we want to strengthen our position in industrialized and prospective regions, and Sosnowiec is a strategic location for us. At Panattoni Park, we conduct operations for clients from the automotive, industrial automation, medical and e-commerce industries. In 2021, we will launch a new, additional space dedicated to modern warehouse logistics there'' -  comments Wojciech Cipiur, President of the Management Board of DSV Solutions.

Upper Silesia and Zagłębie are one of the most popular investment regions for both developers and tenants. It is a very active warehouse market, on the map of which DSV Solutions has been operating for many years.

Situated in the eastern part of the Silesian agglomeration, Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I is a warehouse complex located in the vicinity of the S1 expressway, just 7 kilometers from Sosnowiec. The logistics center offers as many as six warehouse halls with a total area of 230,000 sq m.
