Volvo Poland ranks 2nd in the ranking of attractive employers in Poland.

Volvo Polska took second place in the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2021 employer brand survey, which was carried out in Poland on a sample of nearly 5,000 respondents active in the labor market. This is another survey conducted by an external institution this year, confirming our strong position on the Polish labor market.

We have been in the top positions in the Randstad survey for many years.

The respondents participating in the survey, whose votes decided that Volvo Polska took such a high position among the most attractive employers in Poland, indicated, inter alia, on the stable financial condition of the company, its good reputation as well as remuneration and benefits offered to employees.
Randstad Employer Brand Research is a research project concerning the image of the employer and the factors of employers' attractiveness. The first survey was carried out in 2000 in Belgium. This year it has its 11th edition in Poland. It includes Poles aged 18 to 64 who are able to work, both studying, working and looking for a job.

In the Randstad Employer Brand Research survey, the respondents determine whether, according to them, a given company is an attractive workplace. Their assessment is influenced by individual factors analyzed in the study, including employment stability, satisfactory salary, career development prospects, work-life balance or a friendly atmosphere in the workplace.

This year's study was conducted on a sample of 4,931 people. The sample was gender-representative with an overrepresentation of people aged 25-44.

“For many years, Volvo Polska has been at the forefront of rankings of attractive employers among economically active people in Poland. The Randstad Employer Brand Research 2021 study is another study by an external institution this year, after the Forbes Ranking Poland's Best Employers 2021, confirming the strong position of our company on the labor market. We are proud that Volvo has consistently enjoyed a reputation for being a stable employer, caring for employees and offering safe and friendly working conditions based on the unique organizational culture of the Volvo Group. This distinction is of particular importance in times as exceptional as the present, when the stability and security of employment are elements to which both employees and jobseekers attach great importance. " - said BoĹĽena MichoĹ„ska - Vice President for Personnel and Expertise Center Volvo Polska.
