Warsaw (15 July 2021) – P4 Sp. z o.o., the operator of the Play mobile network, has leased 920 sqm of office space in Hol 7.7 in Warsaw’s SÅ‚użewiec district. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Play is the operator of the fastest growing mobile network in Poland, which comprises more than 9,000 base transceiver stations. Thanks to its innovative approach and effective strategy it offers telecommunication services to more than 15 million Polish subscribers. Play provides mobile voice, landline/wireless internet and television services to both consumers and businesses. Its modern 2G/3G/4G LTE/5G telecommunications network covers 99% of the Polish population.

Play will occupy its new space in Hol 7.7 in early 2022. Our client was looking for an office within the same district. The relocation follows a period of growth for the company and is due to the planned demolition of the Mars office building, where Play is currently based. The decision to choose Hol 7.7 was influenced by the technical standard of the office, which meets the tenant’s requirements, says Martyna Balcer, Associate Director, Office Department, Cresa Poland.

Hol 7.7 is a complex of two office buildings at 7 Cybernetyki Street, providing a total of 15,400 sqm of GLA and a shared green patio. In 2019, it saw completion of refurbishment works which comprised its communal spaces and green areas. The complex boasts an excellent location and public transport connections with other districts of Warsaw. It is located near Chopin Airport, and Okęcie and Służewiec railway stations. The owner of the property is White Stone.

Play’s head office is located in Neopark, 1 Wynalazek Street. The new lease is for the technical part of the company’s operations.
