Cushman & Wakefield, an international advisory firm, has announced changes to the structure of the Asset Services division. The Asset Services Management Team is joined by Paulina Bauer as head of the Retail department and Małgorzata Kita as head of the Client Finance department.

 

Paulina Bauer has been associated with Cushman & Wakefield since December 2020, where she joined the Portfolio Manager responsible for the retail property portfolio. When taking over the new position of the head of the Retail department, her key responsibilities include optimization of business processes in accordance with the company's standards, coordination and ongoing support for real estate teams and technical support, as well as development of the property management business line. Paulina has seventeen years of professional experience in real estate and asset management, tenant relations, and human resource management. She developed her professional competences by working as a Center Manager for companies such as Neinver, AIG / Lincoln, Cefic Polska and Atrium Poland, and was also responsible for the management of shopping centers such as Wola Park, Atrium Reduta, Atrium Targówek and Galeria SĹ‚oneczna. She is also responsible for the success of Factory Outlet and Futura Park in Krakow. In recent years, she was the Director of the Property Management Office, where she managed a portfolio of 19 commercial properties throughout Poland, including commercial premises, retail parks, flats and student houses.

 

Małgorzata Kita has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including over 14 years in the real estate sector. She has worked for companies such as DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield and gained skills in finance, control, accounting, auditing and had the opportunity to deeply understand property management. Małgorzata specializes in financial consulting for real estate managers and has a successful understanding of B2B in the field of cost optimization. It also obtained the Certificate of Operational Excellence Leader. Her experience also includes the mobilization of many commercial real estate projects and portfolios. Currently, as Head of Client Finance, he manages a 100-person team of financial specialists and is responsible for financial and operational reporting, as well as budgeting and preparation of due diligence analyzes.
