Royal Impero, a provider of transport, forwarding and logistics solutions, has leased 2,655 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I. The tenant engaged experts of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska to find this optimal location.

Royal Impero provides warehousing and domestic and international transport services. With a solid approach to mandates, it has seen its client base grow at pace.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I is a logistics hub in the eastern part of the Silesian Conurbation comprising about a dozen modern warehouses. It was built just off the S1 expressway and close to the A4 motorway to provide tenants with the best possible conditions for business operations. Logistics providers will also appreciate easy access to the SÅ‚awków Euroterminal, which connects Europe, Russia and China, and is located approximately 10 km away.
