EBA Poland has extended its accounting and auditing services with preparation of transfer pricing documents. This is of outmost importance for Scandinavian companies because the Polish tax authorities have intensified reviews regarding transfer pricing at foreign companies. A lot of Swedish-Polish companies have documentation of transfer pricing prepared for the group according to OECD regulations. Unfortunately this documentation doesn´t meet requirements of the Polish Corporate Tax Act. There are heavy taxes penalties levied on the companies that cannot submit satisfactory documentation on time. A Company has only 7 days for presenting necessary documentation from the moment it has received the requirement from the tax authorities.

We have also introduced a new web based accounting system that corresponds to both Swedish and Polish accounting principles.
