Jacek Rudis took over after Pawel Finkielman who stays at the company’s structures as a Chairman of the Board and Innovation & Marketing Director.

		Since founding NCDC Polska almost 15 years ago, I have served simultaneously as managing director, marketing director and programmer. Together with my talented colleagues, I have grown the company from two employees in 2002 to almost 90 today, with a new headquarters that has room for many more. Over the last 3 years, I have had the great pleasure of managing NCDC Polska with the help of Jacek Rudis, who joined in 2005. I am therefore very pleased, under this reorganization of the company, to hand over the baton to Jacek, who is being appointed CEO for NCDC Polska SA. My future tasks, besides being chairman of the board, will be as director of innovation and marketing and I’m looking with great confidence and excitement to the future. I am very honored to accept the position of CEO for NCDC Polska SA, a company that I have worked with for the past 12 years and which I have had the pleasure of being part of through almost all its stages of development. The decision to change the legal form and board of NCDC Polska is the result of the company's strategy to adapt to new opportunities, expectations and a rapidly changing environment. The strategy of the transformed company will continue to exist, greatly expanded by the new opportunities that the altered board and change of legal structure present it with.I will continue to focus on the dynamic development of the company, in order to exploit its intellectual potential and human capital built by years of experience and new technology capabilities, with the aim of providing even better services and products for our customers.
