8-09-2017

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is moving forward into its next stage of organisational growth in Poland. The organisational restructuring aims at aligning the company’s objectives, functions and resources with the local market’s expectations and requirements.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Polish office is going through the transformation process to consolidate the organisational and administrative procedures of its two companies (Cushman & Wakefield Polska Sp. z o.o. and Cushman & Wakefield Trading Polska Sp. z o.o.), to maintain top operational standards and improve the management of its activities around all business lines.

The office working model has been transformed to introduce flexible working hours and hot-desking. Cushman & Wakefield’s Metropolitan office has been revamped delivering a modern look and feel. The new design aims to provide an inspiring and motivating work environment that nurtures creativity, fosters collaboration and unlocks employees’ hidden potential.

The changes reflect Cushman & Wakefield’s consistent commitment to strengthening its position of a trusted business partner and a leading firm on the commercial real estate market in Poland. The new organisational structure and improved working environment will further enhance the company’s service quality and competitiveness.

“We have introduced a better flexible work model, which empowers our employees to choose when, where, and how they want to work to meet personal and organizational goals. It is important for us that they experience a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Those organisational changes strengthen the company’s image and improve the employees work experience, ultimately translating into higher quality services,” said Kinga Bloch, HR Director, Cushman & Wakefield.
