Cieslak Klimkowski law firm advises Goldbeck Elementy Polska Sp. z o.o. on legal issues connected with the construction and opening of the new factory near Łódź.

Goldbeck Group specialises in fast construction of industrial and logistics halls, office buildings and multi-storey car parks on the basis of industrially pre-fabricated system components produced by itself. The factory being built in Lućmierz near Łódź within the area of the Łódź Special Economic Zone will be the first Goldbeck’s plant producing pre-fabricated elements in Poland. The factory will produce supporting steel elements. Until now, Goldbeck has used elements produced in its factories in Germany to build objects ordered by its clients in Poland. In future, these elements will be delivered by the factory near Łódź. Approximately 100 people will be employed in the plant. The estimated value of the investment volume amounts to at least 105 million zloty.
