Panattoni completes factory and supports the relocation of production from Denmark to Poland. The 13,000 sqm complex of buildings together with its accompanying facilities was completed a year after the launch of construction work. On site, 350 factory workers will run 45 production lines and among other things will make systems to improve the efficiency of refrigeration units used in the food industry. This is a prime example of a relocation development for a manufacturing facility without a break in production.
Global law firm White & Case LLP advised three companies from the Cerrad Group on a new trade and investment loan provided by a consortium of banks consisting of Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Pekao S.A. in the amount of approximately PLN 110 million, increasing the existing financing to a total amount of approximately PLN 335 million.
